Let me begin by saying that teachers are my heroes (in case you didn’t already know that). 😉 Over the last year, they have repeatedly demonstrated their resilience, tenacity, and determination.
Practically overnight, they had to learn all sorts of new technology and figure out how to teach their students remotely. They managed connectivity issues, both theirs and their students! AND they somehow did it while juggling their own families and personal life. The line between work time and home time got blurred.
They had to strengthen their flexibility muscles when schools were closed — then opened — then hybrid — then closed, etc. I’m tired just thinking about it!
I am inspired by the teachers who painted a smile on their masks and kept on teaching. Please take a moment to thank a teacher. If I’m talking about YOU – Thank you!
Over the last year, I’ve spoken to many teachers, Inclusion Coaches, and leaders who have shared touching stories with me. I was delighted to hear about the amazing creativity and victories. I’m starting a collection of them to share. (Stay tuned)
BUT I’m concerned about the teachers who are discouraged and leaving the field. This is really hard! AND I’m sure it could easily wear you down.
If you’re on my distribution list, you know that I am committed to supporting teachers with ways to be more effective so they experience the joy of professional satisfaction. So…
I decided to offer another FREE Webinar.
