So many wonderful memories of students, teachers, families, school leaders, transition specialists, and grad students! Maybe YOU are one of those I remember fondly?
Some of my best memories are from my last 15 years as an Inclusion Coach! I’m excited by the impact of our Joyful Inclusion® approach in early adopter schools. I love working with visionary school leaders, watching teachers rekindle their love of teaching, and hearing stories about improved effectiveness with special education learners and their families.
Over that time, I’ve grown my team from just ME to 7 amazing professionals!
And now - guess what! I’m HIRING again!

Inclusion Coaches will work with school leaders to facilitate Joyful Inclusion professional development and provide coaching directly to teachers in their PLCs and classrooms.
Candidates within driving distance to school locations will be prioritized, but I’d be glad to hear from you. Who knows?? Maybe we’ll partner with a district in your area soon!
