experience with inclusion as we know it now (and determination to transform it).

form alliances with like-minded individuals to build communities of mutual support.
continuously acknowledge the best in others and celebrate their victories.
inspire personal leadership in colleagues, support staff, students, and families.
willingly work long hours to accomplish passionate mission, then give credit away to others.
